Focus on Improvement

Happy is the person who knows what to remember of the past, what to enjoy in the present, and what to plan for in the future.
Arnold H. Glasow

A great question to ask yourself every morning is how am I going to be better at the end of the day.

If we are improving a little every day, over the course of a year we will improve by a great deal.

Focusing on improvement, especially when the improvement builds on itself will result in massive changes in your life.

The improvement does not have to be great. If you read a few pages a day, you will read a book in a month, or twelve books a year. How different would you be if you read twelve books about your work a year?

How much healthier would you be if you exercise for just 30 minutes a day.

Once we focus on improving it becomes part of our lives and improving become second nature.
