As an entrepreneur, I see two different types of companies in the future. They are providers and implementers.
Providers create the tools, platforms, software, that are used regardless of the niche they are used for. They provide value to entrepreneurs allowing them to create value for their clients.
Implementers use what the providers produce to create values directly for their clients.
Providers are going to serve very broad niches, and as the tools, platforms, and software become more sophisticated, the niches are going to become broader.
Implementers are going to serve narrow niches. As the providers create better tools, platforms, and software the niches are going to become narrower and narrower.
