I think this is great advice for the entrepreneur world.
It forces you to look at entrepreneurship from a process viewpoint. You are creating a process for creating value and then executing that process.
Figure out all the process components you need and then create each one 100% before moving on. In the end, you are just orchestrating the pieces without having to worry about each piece.
Without the process components being complete, the orchestration ends up being bogged down in all the workarounds required to get the partially completed components working.
