One way of living our values is to remove the opposite.
Some of my values are health, exploration, and freedom.
If I reflect on the opposite of those values and remove those aspects from my life I will end up living more of my values.
The opposite of health is unhealthy, so if I remove unhealthy activities from my life, I will be living more of my health value.
The opposite of exploration is closed-minded, staying put, rejecting. If I work on removing those I will be living more of my exploration value.
The opposite of freedom is confinement, dependence, and constraints If I work on removing those I will be living more of my freedom value.
The process of contemplating and then removing the opposite of your values is a healthy process.
