Defined Process Creates Focus

At the end of the day, you can't control the results; you can only control your effort level and your focus.
Ben Zobrist

When we know what to do next we don’t need to think of what to do next.

When we don’t have to think of what to do next, we can focus on what we are doing.

When we are focused on what we are doing we are less likely to be distracted.

The result of a well-defined process is 100% of our focus on what we are doing.
