If I could send a message back to myself 25 years ago what would it be?
I would tell myself to build many strong habits in three areas.
- Diet
- Exercise
- Mindset
I would tell myself that habits in these areas will build the base for everything else.
I would tell myself that these are not just a few habits, there are many small habits that make up each area. Having many small habits ensures that these core areas will be an established consistent part of life.
