One mistake that entrepreneurs make is in the determination of value.
Value is a judgment that is made by the person receiving the goods or services. It doesn’t matter how great you think it is, it is the buyer who gets to make the judgment.
This works both ways. Sometimes, things are really easy for you so you believe it has little value. Again it is the buyer who gets to make the judgment. If something you do which comes second nature to your, is hard for a client, and that client gets an outcome that is valuable to them, then that has value.
Your job is to create, the buyer’s job is to judge.
