Three Step Process for Life

Try not to become a man of success, but a man of value. Look around at how people want to get more out of life than they put in. A man of value will give more than he receives. Be creative, but make sure that what you create is not a curse for mankind.
Albert Einstein

Here is a simple three-step process for living your ideal life.

Contrary to what all the gurus say, this is a long, lifetime process.

One principle that is key to living your ideal life is that life is about the exchange of value. You do or give something valuable for someone else and in turn, they do or give you something of value. There is no free ride, that is unfairly taking.

There are levels of value where the value becomes exponentially increased.

The first is “Idea”. At this level, you exchange something you have or do something for another person and they give you some type of value in return.

The second is “Framework”. At this level, you have defined what you do so that you can do it more efficiently. Frameworks include checklists, diagrams, collected notes, lessons learned. All of these things allow you to create more of the value as well as to do it quicker.

The final stage is “Methodology”. At his level, you have put everything together into a step-by-step process. At this level, you can teach others to do what you do. Whether you create a company where you teach your employees or whether you teach the general public it is the same. At this level, you can scale what you do almost infinitely, thereby creating exponential value, therefore getting more value in return.

This is a process. While you are doing what you do, take the time to create frameworks, from the frameworks take the time to create methodologies. It may take a few years, but if you focus on this, you will end up with assets that you can scale.
