Journaling is a Practice

The more you practice, the better you get, the more freedom you have to create.
Jocko Willink

Journaling takes time, effort, skill, and practice.

For journaling you require good organization otherwise whatever you write will be hard to find.

For journaling, you require the skill to put the thoughts in your head onto paper.

For journaling, you require time to create enough content to get wisdom and value from the content.

For journaling, you require a process or habit to keep you journaling when you tend to forget.

For journaling, you require results or outcomes from what you journaling or you will lose interest.

For journaling, you require skill and for the skill you require practice.
