Client Expectations

As a business analyst, when you are in a position of leading the client in terms of a change, sometimes it is the little things that create trust and peace of mind.

When you are comfortable with complexity, you forget the simple.

If you are a seasoned adventure racer who navigates backcountry routes with a compass, you forget how comforting simple mileage signposts are to everyday hikers.

Always remember to try and see the situation through the eyes of the client. Through the eyes of someone who is seeing it for the first time.
