One of the best pieces of advice I have read is that your morning routine starts the night before.
Figuring out your day the night before increases your focus and makes it far more likely that you will accomplish the things you need to accomplish.
One tactic I use, especially when I am busy with many different things on my plate, is to create tomorrow’s status report the night before. By having a status report that states what I have accomplished helps both consciously and unconsciously.
Consciously, I want to accomplish what I already wrote down that I accomplished.
Unconsciously, my brain is trying to keep what is written congruent with what actually happens.
