Sometimes when we think of routines they are simply a list of tasks that we have to accomplish.
When we think of our morning routines as rituals they become like a ceremony we perform each morning. That way of thinking or that mindset naturally results in us bringing more of who we are into our morning routines. As the ritual starts to take hold, it is not us doing a series of task in the morning but us being us in the morning.
