Your life is a series of journeys that are undertaken at the same time.
Each day there is the journey of getting up, starting your day, ending your day, and going to bed. Seeing this as one journey allows you to shape it to get the parts working together. Your morning routine should lead into your evening routine.
Within each day’s journey, there are multiple different journeys. There is your work journey, your getting together with friends journey, your going to the gym journey.
Each journey has a beginning, a middle, and an end. The more these fit together as a story the easier it will be to see where the journeys can be improved.
Each day’s journey fits into larger journeys. There is the yearly journey that includes the holidays. There are the journey’s towards your goal.
There are longer journeys such as your parenting journey, your relationship journey, and ultimately your life journey.
Your life journey is your story that is made up of the stories from each of your journeys no matter how small.
