Whole Practice

A more holistic view encompassing mental, emotional, financial, social and spiritual wellness is as important as physical health, is now defined, understood, and aspirational.

Create a practice that incorporates everything in your life. A practice is simply the processes you follow on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Align your practice with your life areas so all parts of your life are being addressed.

If you do not align with all your life areas, one or more life areas will suffer and the result is those life areas will pull down other life areas.

If you do not incorporate exercise-related processes in your practice then your health will suffer and you will have less energy to devote to the remaining life areas.

Once you find the balance and your whole life is addressed, you can focus on refining and making the processes more efficient.

A whole-life approach maximizes the synergy between the life areas.
