Use Irritability

Sometimes when I find myself very irritated about a topic, I know it's my next book.
Laurie Halse Anderson

Irritability is a sign that something is out of balance.

Focus on what the irritant is. The irritant could be something that can be removed or the result of some action you are doing.

Irritants that are the result of your activity require a learning process for replacing your actions with new actions that do not irritate you.

Don’t ignore your irritability, use it to help forge your path forward.
