Everyone has stress in their lives.
As a person that ponders and overthinks, I sometimes make stressful situations more stressful.
I find the best approach for stress is dealing with all the uncertainty as soon as possible.
If you are stressed about a situation, deal with the situation.
If you are stressed about what someone is thinking, talk to that person.
If you are stressed about what might happen in the future, start taking control of what you are doing.
The flip side is that there are uncertainties that you cannot control. These you simply have to let go of. And when I say simply, I mean a lifetime of working on letting go. It is a simple process that is very difficult to implement.
