Build into your practice a review of what you create.
Going through the process of reviewing your PBOK will identify structure that is required to make the retrieval easier.
Retrieve the information in the way you would retrieve it in the future. You don’t want to have to go through page by page.
If you have vacation notes, how would you find those notes a year from now when someone asks you about the vacation.
If you have a note on tips for house maintenance, how do you find the note when you need it in the spring.
Your PBOK provides a history of what you have done, life lessons you have learned, knowledge you need, and reflections to help you grow.
Ideally, your PBOK is the sum of everything you have done, learned, and experienced. Make sure you have access to the wealth of knowledge you have journaled.
