Remembrance reminds us that our nation has been through even more challenging times. Whether at war or during peace support operations, Canada’s veterans and fallen heroes alike can take comfort in our remembrance.

We are free today because someone made a sacrifice yesterday.

With the Ukraine war still going on, this is more relevant than ever.

We owe our freedom to those that fought for our freedom.

What can we sacrifice for those that come after us?
