What are your life values, those values that reflect what you most want to get out of life?
Most people when they contemplate values, pick values of who they are like honesty, integrity, open-mindedness. These are important values but they are not what you value in life.
Life values are values like adventure, being creative, family, fun.
These are values where if you get these experiences in your life you feel that you have lived that day well.
I would say that out of our values, at least three should be what you value in life.
My three would be adventure, exploration, and creativity. If I had a day where I had an exploration-type adventure where I took creative photographs, that would be a great day.
