Your legacy at the end of your life is the experiences you have had and the lessons you have learned.
Your journaling practice should reflect these two big categories.
The next question is how these categories are further divided based on your life. Your uniqueness makes your breakdown unique.
What are the big groupings of experiences you have had? One grouping is based on the date the experience happened. Other groupings are specific vacations, work, relationships, discoveries. The list is endless. The question is how can you organize the experiences to reflect your life and what was important to you.
What are the big groupings of your life lessons? Are your life lessons related to your work and the contributions you made there, are they personal life lessons, are the lessons you want to pass on to your children.
What would the world be like if we had experiences and life lessons from everyone?
