Gratitude to Create Focus

The most beautiful things are not associated with money; they are memories and moments. If you don't celebrate those, they can pass you by.
Alek Wek

I have a tendency to not remember things that have happened.

For me, a big part of my gratitude practice is remembering what has happened.

When I journal those events that I am grateful for or those exciting, epic events in my life it creates momentum. Remembering the events creates gratitude, gratitude creates energy and energy increases my focus.

Even now, when I know this process, I know that I will forget. When I journal what has happened in the past week that brought me joy, excitement, happiness, satisfaction, I am always surprised with the result. It is more than expected. Once journaled, I can be grateful for what has happened.

Journal your ups and downs to give yourself the opportunity to be grateful to be living.

Live the Adventure
