We forget that ease is a relative concept.
Malcom Gladwell

A good business analyst is a person that empowers clients to make well-informed decisions.

A good business analyst is a person that empowers clients to gain new perspectives.

A good business analyst is a person that empowers clients to see problems and opportunities in new ways.

A good business analyst is a person that empowers clients to simplify and improve their processes.

A good business analyst is a person that empowers clients to realize what they don’t know.

Unfortunately, people including clients tend to forget how they thought in the past. They will therefore forget how empowered they have become and therefore lose sight of the change a good business analyst has facilitated.

A good business analyst is a person that does not have an ego, they are there for the client.
