One lesson that meditation has taught me is that the focus on the breath is a small way of teaching yourself to live in the moment.
When living is reduced to simply breathing and your focus is on your breath you are living in the moment. The more you do this practice with your breath the more you can bring the same focus to your daily life.
Focus on what you are directly doing and what you are directly feeling without any judgment or worry. Quiet your inner voice so that you are just being.
The results are moments that you are more fully living, moments that are more meaningful, moments that you will remember.
