Limiting beliefs come from fear.
Any time you have a limiting belief ask yourself the question; What am I afraid of?
When you have the answer use the 5-why’s technique to get at the root of your fear. In many cases, the surface fear is much greater than the underlying fear.
By continually looking inward, the why of the fear lessons the fear itself.
Sometimes the why of the fear has something to teach us.
The fear of being judged is based on a belief in perfection. If you adopt the belief of continual improvement, then there is no end, there is only getting better and better at something. The fear of being judged gets reframed to being on a path of improvement. Who cares how good you are, the important thing is to be on the path of improvement.
You only get these kinds of insights by facing fears and being introspective about them.
