One of Ray Dalio’s principles is
“Remember that people are built very differently and that different ways of seeing and thinking make people suitable for different jobs.”
As a business analyst, you can use this principle to improve your work.
You work with stakeholders who are all participating to create a change in the organization that you as a business analyst are facilitating.
These stakeholders are a source of knowledge, but more importantly, they are a source of perspective. You have a diverse set of perspectives for looking at the change being created. Embrace all the perspectives and see what you can learn from them.
Those perspectives that are most different from yours are the perspectives that you can learn the most from.
