Your experiences have value, they are the one things you have that no one else can have.
In order to keep those experiences, turn them into stories.
Don’t just write down the experience, take the time to create a narrative that captures the listener and brings the experience to life.
There are many benefits to taking the time to create stories:
- When you do this, you will have stories ready to tell when the opportunity arises.
- You will remember your experiences as stories are far easier to remember than an explanation of what you did.
- The stories can be passed on to your kids and to future generations.
