Many people have to-do lists, backlogs, not to do lists.
One thing that I find very helpful is a friction list.
A friction list is anything that annoys, irritates, or frustrates me. Anything that slows me down or makes me less efficient.
On a regular basis, I review my friction list and brainstorm possible solutions to remove the friction.
Some things on my friction list are small such as leaving the sugar packets on the counter when I make a coffee. I now have a small bin to put them in which keeps the counter clean.
Many of the things on my friction list are solved by my Obsidian PBOK.
This practice helps me become more efficient over time.
