Our brains are comparison machines.
Our brain will evaluate and prioritize whatever we focus on.
We will always like one thing more than another. When we have clarity about what we are contemplating, our brains can determine the most important.
Many times we don’t feed our brains enough context for our brains to use for comparing.
If we don’t feed our brain, the consequences of different diets, our brain will just choose what tastes best. The more context we give our brains the better our brains will compare and come up with priorities that serve us.
