My main strategy for dealing with fear is curiosity.
The only thing to fear is the unknown or the uncontrollable.
If something is unknown, curiosity is the perfect approach. Rather than fear what you don’t know, become curious and find out whatever you can. In the internet age, all that knowledge is available at our fingertips.
It is similar if something is uncontrollable. Curiosity helps to find the line between controllable and uncontrollable. Once you can really see the uncontrollable part it is easier to let it go. Once you can see what you can control you can take responsibility.
Fear has a difficult time existing where there is clarity.
