Always Competition

And while the law of competition may be sometimes hard for the individual, it is best for the race, because it ensures the survival of the fittest in every department.
Andrew Carnegie

A customer is always trying to get the best deal.

Therefore, if you are creating any kind of business where you are trading value for money there will be competition because there is a customer trying to find the best deal.

Only the customer knows what their criteria are.

There is always more than one business trying to trade value for money.

To have a successful business you need to answer two questions:
1. Who are you competing with
2. What are you competing on

The answers to these questions will not always be obvious.
