Patience is Lost

If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work.
Thich Nhat Hanh

One of the values I have in life is peacefulness. Peacefulness generates the space for me to be introspective and contemplative.

Patience is lost when friction is created. Friction can be interruptions, an untidy house, tasks that require completion, things not in their place, and disorganization.

Part of my pursuit of peacefulness is focusing on the elimination of friction in my life.

Either remove the friction or accept it as part of life.
