Change does not have to be big and sudden. Small changes consistently over time can result in massive change.
If you get 1/2 a percent better every day, over the course of a year you will be 6 times better.
If you are trying to get from A to B and you take a step towards B but you are off by 45 degrees you are still closer to B than before.
To create change, make your best guess at the trajectory of your goals, and take a small step. Continuously taking small steps in the general direction of your goals over a long period of time results in massive steps towards your goals.
