Wow, it’s tomorrow already!
Today I am working on the Road to Thrive website build course.
The course is a vehicle for extracting the services, philosophy, and approach of psychologists to build websites that attract, connect, and convert clients.
As a business analyst, I view the process of booking clients as a process. This process is executed by the visitors to the sight that may become booked clients. When viewed from that viewpoint, the process becomes the journey that the customers go through.
From this viewpoint, when I look at many psychology websites, they miss this point. It is just a brochure or a resume of the psychologist. The sites do not do anything to help guide the client through, to address their state of mind, or to make connections so the customer can get to know, and trust the therapist.
